Job description
– To assume the prime responsibility for performing the tasks related to the work of preparation for construction: setting the construction tempo, construction measures, plans and organizing the inspection and control according to the process.
– To assume the prime responsibility for execution of works under contracts signed with investors: To disassemble the work volume, make accurate estimates of volumes and norms of construction materials / materials, including lakes Balance sheet
– Organize, execute the construction, manage the construction work in accordance with the plan, ensure the progress, quality, volume, labor safety and environmental sanitation on the site.
– Work with the Owner, TVGS, subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities … to solve the problem.
– Checking and certifying the work volume and quality as the basis for payment to construction teams, checking and accepting each job, period, checking and accepting items and checking and accepting completed works.
– Manage personnel, assets throughout the site.
